John Duarte is a Partner at Elan Capital, where he is responsible for investment strategy, capital structuring, and operational execution across the firm’s U.S. real estate portfolio.

He brings a disciplined, long-term approach to asset evaluation, risk management, and value creation, working closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between investment strategy and investor objectives.

John is focused on building institutional-quality real estate platforms designed to preserve capital and generate stable, durable cash flows over time.

Julian’s background is in mission-critical project management and engineering, where he specialized in electrical power systems for DoD and other critical infrastructure clients at Eaton. This experience in managing complex, high-stakes projects provides a unique perspective on operational risk and value creation.

At Elan, he leads acquisitions and asset management, applying a disciplined, systems-based approach to drive asset performance and investor returns.
